How do the coaching sessions work?
All Clarity Career Lab coaching sessions are 1:1 and fully virtual. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere.
Each session is focused on your goals—whether that’s interview prep, career clarity, resume strategy, or navigating a career transition.
Can I have a “fit” call before purchasing a coaching package?
Yes—absolutely. If you’d like to chat before making the investment, you’re welcome to schedule a short intro / fit call to make sure coaching is the right fit for your goals.

Do I need to schedule my session right away?
Yes—your first session is scheduled at the time of booking so you have something on the calendar. You can reschedule as needed.
If you purchase a multi-session coaching package, additional sessions can be:
- Scheduled at the end of your first session, or
- Booked later through your SHOP account using the scheduling link
What happens after I book my session?
Once your session is booked, you’ll receive an email from me with a short intake document that asks about:
- Your current career situation
- Goals for coaching
- Resume and LinkedIn profile (if applicable)
- Any specific challenges you’re facing
This prep work allows us to start strong during our first session.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Life happens—I get it.
- You may reschedule for free with at least 24 hours’ notice
- If something comes up within 24 hours, you get one grace reschedule where the session is still credited back to you
- After the grace period is used, missed sessions may be forfeited
What’s the difference between a Power Hour and a coaching package?
- Power Hour Coaching is ideal for focused, tactical help (mock interviews, resume feedback, tough career decisions).
- Coaching Packages include multiple sessions and allow us to go deeper, build momentum, and work through career changes over time.
