Welcome to Clarity Career Lab. By purchasing or using any coaching services, sessions, packages, or content provided through this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Nature of Coaching Services

Clarity Career Lab provides career coaching and advisory services only. Coaching is designed to offer guidance, perspective, and support related to career development, job searching, interviewing, and professional growth.

Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. Participation in coaching does not create an employment relationship or guarantee specific outcomes.

No Guarantees

While coaching is intended to be helpful and actionable, results are not guaranteed. Job offers, promotions, compensation changes, or career outcomes depend on many factors outside of coaching, including market conditions and individual effort.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

Participate honestly and thoughtfully in coaching sessions
Complete any requested preparation or intake materials to the best of your ability
Communicate clearly and respectfully

Coaching is most effective when clients actively engage in the process.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Expiration

The first session must be scheduled at the time of purchase (with the ability to reschedule as needed)
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
One grace reschedule is permitted for late changes within the 24-hour window
Sessions expire one year from the date of purchase

Unused or expired sessions are not refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on this website. By purchasing coaching services, you agree to that policy, including the availability of a 75% refund under the stated conditions.

Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, frameworks, documents, exercises, and content provided by Clarity Career Lab are the intellectual property of Clarity Career Lab.

You may use materials for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Career Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in coaching services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the coaching services in question.

Termination of Services

Clarity Career Lab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client engages in behavior that is abusive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with a productive coaching relationship. In such cases, refunds will be handled at discretion and in alignment with the Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
