Let’s be honest: the priority is getting a paycheck. Purpose is great, passion is great — but paying your bills is non-negotiable. My work sits at the intersection of both: helping you make career decisions that are financially smart and genuinely aligned with who you are.
My approach is intentionally unconventional. I blend strengths-based assessments, practical strategy, and nearly two decades of real-world experience across sales, partnerships, account management, tech, real estate, and ecommerce.
I spent meaningful time at a soft-skills coaching firm, helping people and teams strengthen communication, self-awareness, leadership presence, and emotional intelligence. That work showed me how growth actually happens — through honest feedback, real reflection, and the right support at the right moment. It’s why I coach the way I do today: direct, curious, and grounded in real human behavior.
Careers aren’t linear. They’re experiments and pivots — sometimes by choice, sometimes out of necessity.
And while paychecks matter, work feels a whole lot better when it fits your strengths, personality, and energy.
My goal is simple: help you understand what you’re good at, what motivates you, which opportunities actually make sense for your life right now and how to land interviews that convert to offers. No fluff. No generic advice.
