Return & Refund Policy

Clarity Career Lab provides virtual coaching services, not physical products. Because of the personalized nature of coaching, all sales are generally considered final. That said, your experience matters, and I aim to make this process feel fair and respectful.

Coaching Sessions & Packages

If you are unhappy with your coaching experience after your first session, you may request a 75% refund of the unused portion of your purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of your first session

  • Refunds apply only to coaching packages or sessions that have not yet been used

  • Once multiple sessions have been completed, refunds are not available

This policy is designed to allow you to explore coaching while also respecting the time, preparation, and customization involved in each session.

Power Hour Coaching

Power Hour sessions are not eligible for a refund. 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • Missed sessions outside of the stated rescheduling policy

  • Sessions or packages that have expired (sessions expire one year from the date of purchase)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact me through the website contact form or via email with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days once approved.
